Rock Readings
What is a Rock Reading? It’s a way to ask the rocks for insight, advice, and guidance, either about your life in general or about a specific issue you’d like help with.
If you’ve worked with oracle cards before, the Rock Deck works like any other oracle deck, except that it’s wonderfully huge. There are a LOT of rocks and minerals in the world, and while we obviously couldn’t include them all, we’ve managed to get 92 in our deck so far! That’s more than any other oracle deck (that we’ve heard of anyway) and allows our Rock Readings to have a lot of variety and specificity in their answers.

Daily Reading (or Quick Reading)
- Short, single card Daily Reading for fast advice on your day ahead.
- This can be used as a “Quick Reading” as well, when you don’t have time to ponder a more in-depth full reading.
- Pay attention to anything that pops in your mind when you read the message.
- Remember to check the art, because sometimes messages come through that way, too!

Full Rock Reading
- In-depth two-card Full Reading for deep insights and advice when you have time to think and absorb.
- To get advice on a specific situation, hold the outcome you’re wishing for clearly in your mind as you select your cards.
- To get a more general reading, ask, “What do I need to know right now for my highest and best good?”
NOTE: It’s best to do only one reading per issue or situation (at least, until something changes) since multiple readings can muddy results. Read the meanings and messages on both cards, which will open in new tabs. Keep a sharp eye out for synchronicities or contradictions: Rocks with messages that echo each other are messages that should be especially heeded, while rocks with contradictory messages may point to an area of your life that’s in conflict and needs further attention. Occasionally the real message isn’t in the main message, but rather in some random detail that jumps out at you, or has special meaning for you—an element in the art, a message in the theme songs or poem, or a stray thought that pops into your mind as you’re reading. And if the messages on the cards don’t make sense at first, look for signs over the next few days that might make them clearer.

Kids’ Reading (Yay!)
- Short, single card Kids’ Reading for ages eight and up.
- If you’d like advice on something specific, hold the question in your mind as you choose your card.
- If you’d like to make a wish, hold that in your mind instead!
- If you can’t think of anything, that’s fine! Just ask, “What do I need to know right now to live my best life?”
- Remember to check out the art, because sometimes messages like to come through that way, too!
